Ass Kickingologist (show co-host)
Born and raised in South Florida, it may seem that my life has been spent slowly moving North eventually landing in Virginia. After Graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science Education at the University of Florida, I moved to Atlanta and challenged myself further by working full time time while I earned Master degrees in Business Administration as well as Health Administration.
Outside of having a lot of acronyms after my name, I am a regular guy.

A Swift Kick In The Ass, is a podcast about positive personal change. The thought provoking show discusses strategies to help the ordinary person achieve extraordinary change. Hosted by lifelong friends John W. Curren and Tom Stewart who are on a quest to disrupt conventional thinking and find true freedom by living life on their own terms.
Over forty years of friendship make “A Swift Kick In The Ass Podcast” a very unique show. Tom and John met at the ages of 4 and 5 in Hollywood, Florida. Years of building forts, pulling pranks, chasing girls, attending concerts, riding bikes, cruising the beach and hanging out at the mall has created an unbreakable bond between these guys. Every insight learned from raising families and surviving corporate institutions is accompanied with a remember when… story telling is at the heart of this show.

Think Big! A martial arts instructor will teach their students to strike through a target to achieve maximum velocity. To achieve this the student must imagine an impact point a few inches beyond the actual target. The same concept also works with goal setting. “Aim for the sky and you’ll reach the ceiling. Aim for the ceiling and you’ll stay on the floor.” ~Bill Shankly
