Ass Kickingologist (show co-host)
Born and raised in South Florida, it may seem that my life has been spent slowly moving North eventually landing in Virginia. After Graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science Education at the University of Florida, I moved to Atlanta and challenged myself further by working full time time while I earned Master degrees in Business Administration as well as Health Administration.
Outside of having a lot of acronyms after my name, I am a regular guy.

To achieve this the student must imagine an impact point a few inches beyond the actual target. The same concept also works with goal setting. “Aim for the sky and you’ll reach the ceiling. Aim for the ceiling and you’ll stay on the floor.” ~Bill Shankly
